  11. Heh, I love how excited you got about Sever! I would be, too... though I am not sure now if I will end up getting a copy because I think maybe S&S Canada has ditched me as a reviewer! I assume that because I haven't gotten the past few books from them that everyone else seemed to have received (like The Evolution of Mara Dyer - a book that I had been DYING to read). Aw... oh well. Maybe I'll try to get on their list again if what I assume to be happening is in fact true (though... I pretty much hated the past few ARCs they sent me). ANYWAYS. Hope you enjoy your reads and I hope your housemate's son does, as well!

  12. I enjoyed Pushing the Limits, hope you do too! And The Lost Hero is a great gift idea. ;)

Thanks for coming by Pass the Chiclets! :)

  13. Daughter of Smoke and Bone: that is one book that I really, really want to read but haven't gotten yet. I'm planning to read Pushing the Limits soon. Sounds like you got some sweet books this week! And you should definitely check out the Shade Trilogy; I love those books!

    Thanks for visiting my haul.

  14. I still haven't read The Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I REALLY want to though since I've heard so many good things about it!

The Heroes of Olympus series isn't a trilogy. I've only read the first one but I know it's not a trilogy because all my friends have said that Mark of Athena ends on an awful cliff hanger. :P

Also, The Mysterious Benedict Society is an AWESOME book and series! That's the first one, and the one you mentioned is the 4th in the series I think? I haven't gotten to read it yet though. :)

    Enjoy all your books!

I love comments! So please leave them and I will make every attempt to return the favor!
